In 1969 I started selling new tract homes in Santa Clara for the incredible price of $17,950 and then listened to buyers moan about our huge price to $19,950.  These same homes are now selling for upward to one million dollars. Later I obtained my Broker's license and in 1973 a Certificate in Real Estate from West Valley College, a membership in the California Real Estate Certificate Institute and earned the prestigious RECI designation. 

Years working as a General Contractor, I am also a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. I get calls daily from lenders like Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Countrywide Home Loans for my opinion of value.
